Lunch and Learn: Healthcare Project Management- A Collaborative Approach
Projects in healthcare are part of a moving, complex system and understanding context, relationships, and process is just as relevant as is achieving deliverables. By walking through one example of a successful local project and breaking down the journey with a project management lens, this presentation will cover factors that enabled the successful of the project. There will also be a discussion on key learnings for collaboration in project management across organizations.
Lunch will be provided at the event, courtesy of PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter.
