Get a complete picture of your company broken into 9 easy-to-consume, highly vital elements of your business plan. Work with a mentor to build out your business’ Business Model Canvas and deep dive into the key elements that make a startup successful.

It is never too early to get a budget in place for your new business – and the sooner it is in place, the less likely you are to overspend or misspend funds that will be vital to your company’s growth down the road. In this workshop learn the skills needed to create and manage a simple budget, forecast future needs and how to accurately track finances for your business.

 

In this workshop we will cover:

  • The difference between budgeting and forecasting
  • When to use the 2 techniques and why they’re important
  • Basic budgeting
  • Examples of a six-month forecast
